Welcome to this site to purchase land at discounted prices. I strive to find land at economical prices so anyone can afford to own land. The land I find is in out of the way places where you can get away from it all.

I started this business to supplement my retirement after a 30 year aerospace engineering career, plus I really love owning land.

Many people ask me why the name Netherland Investments, I was born in Holland (The Netherlands) and my family moved to the U.S. when I was 2 years old and I've always lived here in Southern California and proud to be a U.S. citizen, so it's just a reflection of where I'm from. And if you wanted to buy land in the Netherlands, good luck, it's a small country so land is very expensive, that's what makes the U.S. so great anyone can still buy land in the most beautiful parts of the country.

My goal is to make your land purchase an enjoyable one, owning land should make you happy! It does for me. No pressure, no rush, we want you to be happy, if after 30 days you find the land you purchased isn't what you thought it would be, we'll exchange it for another property or refund your money (excluding loan document and service fees).
